Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, and cultural voices within each festival market.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations including ticket giveaways, content partnerships, and festival attendance.
  • Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and communication leading up to each event.
  • Ensure creator content aligns with festival messaging and marketing campaign timing.
  • Track influencer deliverables and campaign performance.
  • Assist in developing media outreach strategies for each event market.
  • Pitch local media outlets including lifestyle publications, radio stations, entertainment blogs, and community platforms.
  • Coordinate media interviews, press opportunities, and coverage tied to festival announcements and milestones.
  • Maintain press lists and track media relationships across markets.
  • Work closely with Social Media and Local Marketing teammates to ensure influencer and PR efforts align with campaign timelines.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, community marketing, or brand partnerships.
  • Experience building relationships with creators, influencers, or media outlets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage outreach, negotiations, and partnership coordination.
  • Comfortable managing multiple partnerships and deadlines across different event markets.
  • Highly organized and proactive in tracking partnerships, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
  • Interest in music, entertainment, nightlife, or cultural events.
  • Experience working in fast-paced marketing environments where campaigns evolve quickly.

  • Naturally relationship-driven and energized by meeting new people within local communities.
  • Strong communicator and writer who can represent the brand clearly in outreach to creators, partners, and media outlets.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building partnerships with influencers, community leaders, and local businesses.
  • Curious about cultural scenes, nightlife, and entertainment communities in different cities.
  • Organized and proactive in managing outreach, partnerships, deliverables, and timelines across multiple events.
