Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok) and Display
Continuously refine targeting, creative, and placements to improve ROI
Monitor performance daily and act quickly on trends and opportunities
Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and optimization opportunities
Translate performance into clear, actionable recommendations
Use data storytelling to explain what’s working—and what’s next
Develop audience targeting strategies aligned to client goals
Recommend creative enhancements in partnership with design teams
Identify growth and expansion opportunities across channels
Partner with Account Managers on client strategy and KPIs
Work cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Sales, and Creative teams
Contribute to client performance discussions with insights and recommendations
Stay current on platform changes, trends, and emerging opportunities
Test new approaches and bring forward innovative ideas
Continuously improve processes and optimization strategies

Requirements

3+ years hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns
Strong expertise in Paid Social platforms (Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok) and Display
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and act on it
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/analytics tools
Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
3+ years optimizing digital advertising campaigns
2+ years of analytics/reporting experience
