Job Summary

Own the front-line brand presence and customer engagement in fast-moving, on-site environments, turning interactions into awareness, loyalty, and informed purchases.

  • Represent brands at events and high-traffic venues to lift awareness and interest.
  • Engage customers with clear product demos, benefits, and promotions to support acquisition and decision-making.
  • Gather feedback and market insights to inform future campaign strategies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent brands professionally at events, retail locations, shopping centers, and other high-traffic venues.
  • Engage directly with customers to build brand awareness, loyalty, and interest.
  • Demonstrate products and services clearly while explaining features, benefits, and promotional offers.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through personalized, face-to-face interactions.
  • Support customer acquisition efforts by promoting products and helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting performance expectations and sales objectives.
  • Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, and live brand events.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insight to support future campaign strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Confidence working in fast-paced public-facing environments.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Previous experience in customer service, promotions, sales, retail, events, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma required; further education in marketing, business, or communications is advantageous.
