Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to engage residents about political campaigns and initiatives
• Promote candidate platforms or policy proposals through direct conversations and informational materials
• Identify and register supporters or voters, ensuring accurate data collection
• Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to address questions and concerns from community members
• Coordinate with team members to strategize canvassing routes and target neighborhoods effectively
• Manage telemarketing efforts to follow up with potential supporters or schedule appointments
• Assist in fundraising activities by engaging community members and encouraging donations or volunteer commitments

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in team settings or outreach campaigns
• Strong background in marketing, sales, or customer service environments
• Experience with door-to-door canvassing or telemarketing techniques
• Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse populations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening capabilities
• Skilled in negotiation to persuade and motivate supporters or donors
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies and community engagement best practices
• Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly within a team environment
