Responsibilities

• Strategic Distribution: Manage RSS feeds and syndication across platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and iHeartRadio.
• Data-Driven Growth: Use IAB-certified statistics and Google Analytics to "crack the code" on viewership, reporting on pipeline impact and ROI.
• Digital Execution: Launch integrated campaigns—including email, paid social, and content syndication—to drive lead flow.
• Creative Content: Design and edit short-form video and digital assets (Canva/Adobe) to funnel social media audiences to our audio platforms.
• Operations: Maintain program trackers and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, PR, or podcast distribution.
• Deep familiarity with Spreaker and RSS feed management.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth, not just executing tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field.
• Expertise in social media algorithms (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and brand storytelling.
