Pay Range: ($25-$27) on an hourly basis.
 Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Programming Associate to support podcast publishing and content operations across a leading streaming platform.


• This role involves managing podcast distribution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, publishing video and podcast content, tracking performance metrics, and supporting audience growth initiatives.

 Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in digital media, content operations, podcast production, or a related field.


• Experience with podcast publishing, content management systems (CMS), or digital content workflows.


• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.


• Familiarity with video editing and short-form content publishing is a plus.


• Knowledge of digital analytics and content performance reporting.


• Interest in sports, news, or digital media is highly preferred.


• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Upload and publish podcast episodes and video content.


• Create and publish short-form clips, VOD, and vertical videos.


• Coordinate with producers, product, marketing, and editorial teams to ensure timely publishing.


• Track content performance and share insights with stakeholders.


• Support backend content setup, including show pages, playlists, and metadata.


• Ensure publishing workflows run smoothly across digital platforms.
