Job Summary
Own the end-to-end short-form video cadence for a casual entertainment podcast brand, delivering edits, crossâplatform posting, and onâbrand captions to sustain a steady weekly rhythm.
- Content Production & Publishing: edit weekly clips, schedule, and publish across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Platform Optimization: manage YouTube uploads and ensure on-brand visuals for covers and thumbnails.
- Creative Craft: write concise captions and maintain a cohesive brand voice for personality-driven content.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Edit and post 5 short-form video clips per week
- Cross-post content to: Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Upload 2 videos per week to YouTube
- Create simple, on-brand Instagram cover photos for Reels
- Write short-form social captions
- Schedule and publish content
Requirements
- Comfortable editing short-form vertical video
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Organized and reliable
- Able to maintain consistent posting schedules
- Strong understanding of personality-driven content
