Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Training Rotations: Receive guided instruction and practical tasks from supervisors in multiple settings
  • Marketing Support: Work alongside experienced staff to build skills in creating and evaluating marketing initiatives
  • Campaign Evaluation: Assist with analyzing the effectiveness of promotions and advertising efforts
  • Digital Materials: Help produce website content and support online marketing projects
  • Brand Application: Apply brand standards to store layouts and review merchandising tools such as planograms

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
  • You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
