Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set up and optimize Faba's Pinterest business account (profile, boards, keywords, SEO)
  • Develop a Pinterest content and promotion strategy aligned with brand goals
  • Research competitor accounts, trending topics, and high-performing pin formats
  • Build out a content calendar with consistent publishing cadence
  • Design visually compelling pins using Canva or Figma
  • Write keyword-rich pin descriptions and board titles to maximize discoverability
  • Create idea pins, carousel pins, and static pins tailored to platform best practices
  • Curate and organize boards that reflect the Faba brand aesthetic
  • Monitor Pinterest Analytics and track impressions, saves, link clicks, and audience growth
  • Prepare weekly performance summaries with insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • Active Pinterest user with a strong understanding of the platform's culture and content style
  • Eye for design and visual storytelling; experience with Canva or similar tools
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Preferred

  • Experience managing a Pinterest business account or personal niche account
  • Familiarity with Pinterest SEO and keyword research
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics
