Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Visiting physician offices across Oahu and occasional outer islands
  • Coordinating lunch-and-learns
  • Building relationships with office staff and providers
  • Tracking office details and follow-up notes
  • Maintaining outreach spreadsheets/CRM tracking
  • Assisting with marketing coordination and community outreach
  • Scheduling follow-up visits for the business owner
  • Helping maintain strong ongoing communication with referral offices
