Responsibilities

Own and execute the CEO's personal brand strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Lead creative direction for all content : photo, video, short-form, long-form
Collaborate daily with the videographer and executive assistant to plan, shoot, and publish content
Develop and manage a content calendar that keeps pace with a dynamic schedule
Write captions, scripts, hooks, and copy that sound authentically like the CEO
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what's working
Stay ahead of platform trends and apply them fast
Travel with the CEO when needed to capture content at key moments and events

Requirements

Proven experience building or growing a personal brand on social media (portfolio required)
Strong creative eye - you can direct a shoot and know what good content looks like before it's edited
Platform fluency: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn - you live on these
Fast. Adaptable. Comfortable with last-minute pivots and shifting priorities
Strong writer - captions, hooks, scripts, all of it
Team player who can coordinate across roles without friction
Based in or willing to relocate to Stuart, FL
Available to travel as needed
