Responsibilities

• 1. Client Acquisition & Retention
• This is priority number one. You\'ll conduct outreach to potential new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients — promoting services, filling time slots, and keeping the studio booked. You\'ll help craft sales pitches, manage follow-ups, and build relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term clients and product customers. If you\'re comfortable on the phone, persuasive without being pushy, and love connecting with people — this is your lane.
• 2. Product Sales & Retail
• SThree Wellness is developing proprietary health and beauty products including skincare, body care, wellness accessories, and supplements. You\'ll be on the front line of selling these products to clients in-studio and through social media. This includes recommending products during client visits, tracking inventory, processing sales, and pitching product bundles. Prior product sales or retail experience is required.
• 3. Social Media Content Strategy
• You\'ll own the Instagram and TikTok presence for both Coach Howard and SThree Wellness. That means content planning, filming, editing, and posting. You\'ll develop strategies to grow both accounts, engage with followers, and create product-focused content that converts viewers into customers. Must have strong Instagram and TikTok skills. Must be comfortable on camera and behind it.
• 4. Product Development Testing
• You\'ll assist in testing new products before they launch — from skincare formulations to body care items, wellness accessories, and supplements. This includes evaluating product quality, texture, scent, and presentation, providing honest feedback, and contributing creative ideas for future product lines. You\'ll be the first to try everything and your opinion will shape what reaches the market.
• 5. Event Planning & Organizing
• SThree Wellness is more than a studio — it\'s a community. You\'ll help plan, organize, and execute events that bring people together. This includes product launch parties, pop-up wellness experiences, client appreciation events, and seasonal gatherings. You\'ll handle logistics, vendor coordination, guest communications, setup and breakdown, and social media promotion for each event.

Requirements

• Prior product sales or retail experience
• Strong phone communication skills — comfortable with cold calling and sales outreach
• Proven Instagram and TikTok skills — content creation, editing, and strategy
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Orlando, FL
• Warm, professional, and discreet — you'll have access to private client information and studio spaces
• Self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs before being asked
• Flexible availability — weekends and evenings are mandatory

• Interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or holistic health
• Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly or similar platforms
• Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or hospitality
