Responsibilities

• Jump into active campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond—and make them better immediately
• Own performance: monitor, optimize, and adjust daily based on what the data is telling you
• Build and evolve campaigns across the full funnel—from awareness to conversion
• Partner with creative to make sure what we’re putting into market actually performs
• Turn data into clear insights (not just reports people ignore)
• Support client conversations with confidence and clarity
• Contribute to media strategy, not just execution

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on paid media experience
• You’ve managed real budgets and can speak to performance outcomes
• You understand tracking, attribution, and how to make data usable
• You move quickly, stay organized, and don’t need to be chased down

Preferred

• Experience with LinkedIn, Microsoft, DSPs (bonus)
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta (bonus for LinkedIn, Microsoft, DSPs)
• Curious and coachable—you want to learn from people who are better than you
