Job Summary

Own and optimize paid media across Google, Bing, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and others, turning data into action while coordinating reporting to stakeholders.

  • Campaign planning, forecasting, and budget management to hit growth targets.
  • Data analysis, insights, and communication of status to internal and external contacts.
  • Industry trend research and occasional POV pieces to guide strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day oversight and execution of media across multiple paid search and paid social platforms including but not limited to: Google, Bing, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Lead day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns to meet and exceed goals
  • Campaign planning, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Recommending testing strategies and optimizations to drive performance
  • Campaign bid management strategy and oversight
  • Campaign data analysis, reporting, and insights
  • Summarize and communicate the status of all campaigns with appropriate internal and external contacts
  • Keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience development
  • Industry research on search and social trends with occasionally being tasked to write a POV, blog post, or case study

Requirements

  • 1+ years of paid social or paid search marketing experience
  • Proficiency within at least one of the following paid channels: Google, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, or Amazon.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Results driven with a proven track record of driving performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel

Preferred

  • Bid management experience such as Marin or Skai
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms
  • Feed management platforms: Feedonomics and Google Merchant Center
  • Retail and e-commerce experience
  • Proficiency within Google Analytics and/or Adobe
  • Previous agency experience
