Lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns for Sweetwater as a Performance Marketing Specialist, owning testing, campaign setup, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • data analysis and reporting, performing and monitoring tests, identifying growth opportunities, and day to day account execution.
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss goals for a given marketing effort.
  • Monitor and manage the progress of marketing assets throughout the development cycle.
  • Setup campaigns in paid marketing channels, track results of digital marketing efforts, gather performance insights and generate regular reporting.
  • Recommend refinements and optimizations to future marketing strategies.
  • Support other Performance Marketing Strategists in day-to-day organization and marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience with major paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads is preferred
  • Familiarity and experience in paid search is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly shift priorities
  • Experience with marketing project management and automation tools is a plus

  • This role requires a strong aptitude towards strategic thinking, interest in music gear, as well as strong attention to detail.
