  • Monitor daily performance, budget pacing, search terms, placements, impression share, lead volume, lead quality, CPL or CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS where applicable.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through structured testing, negative keyword management, audience refinement, creative iteration, bid and budget adjustments, and conversion-path improvements.
  • Set up, validate, and troubleshoot conversion tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, enhanced conversions, and relevant website or CRM integrations.
  • Identify tracking, landing-page, form, website, or sales-process blockers and coordinate with content, SEO, design, development, sales, and project management teams to resolve them.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports, then join client calls to explain results, risks, recommendations, and agreed next actions.
  • Manage several client accounts simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities, documentation, and delivery timelines.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, campaign ideation, ad-copy variations, analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency while reviewing outputs for accuracy and brand fit.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, keyword strategy, audiences, bidding, attribution, budget allocation, testing, and optimization.
  • Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion events, pixels, and tracking validation.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify the reason behind performance changes, and turn findings into specific actions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-call and report-presentation experience, with close attention to campaign and reporting accuracy.
  • Practical understanding of how landing-page experience, website usability, forms, CRM processes, and sales follow-up affect paid-media results.
  • Experience using AI-assisted marketing workflows without relying on unreviewed or generic outputs.

Preferred

  • Relevant Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, or Microsoft Advertising certifications.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, offline conversion imports, enhanced conversions, call tracking, or lead-quality feedback loops.
