Job Summary

The role concentrates on performance-first digital marketing, managing paid campaigns across Meta and Google, and optimizing for ROAS and customer acquisition. You’ll test strategies, track key metrics, and collaborate on multichannel campaigns and budgets. A strong emphasis is placed on data-driven decisions and opportunity identification across platforms.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other paid channels
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including targeting, creative, and budget allocation to improve ROAS and customer acquisition
  • Test audiences, creative variations, and campaign strategies to drive scalable growth
  • Implement A/B testing to refine messaging, creative assets, and targeting
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversions, and traffic
  • Manage advertising budgets and collaborate with the Director of Marketing on overall digital strategy
  • Support the development and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social media, and other channels
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and improve targeting
  • Test new advertising platforms, tools, and channels to expand customer acquisition

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance or growth marketing, ideally within e-commerce
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics to track KPIs and optimize campaign performance
  • Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media marketing strategies, and multichannel campaign management
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with a data-driven approach to marketing decisions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail across budgeting, research, copywriting, and reporting
