Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Ownership (SEM, Paid Social, Retargeting) – Build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across SEM, paid social, and retargeting platforms to meet acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Budget Management – Manage daily and weekly budget pacing, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations for budget reallocation and scaling opportunities.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Develop and execute a landing page testing roadmap. Run structured A/B tests on creative, audiences, keywords, and offers to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Email + SMS Marketing Management – Core Flow Maintenance: Own and optimize the performance of key automated lifecycle flows across email and SMS, including Welcome, Abandoned Cart/Checkout, Post-Purchase, and Winback/Sunset sequences.
  • Campaign Execution – Draft, build, and deploy email and SMS campaigns to support promotions, product launches, and key company announcements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing SEM and/or paid social campaigns. Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, subscription, or lead generation is strongly preferred.
  • A proven track record of managing budgets effectively and successfully hitting CPA/CAC and conversion rate goals.
  • A strong, practical understanding of digital measurement, including UTMs, pixels/event tracking, and the tradeoffs of different attribution models.
  • Experience designing and executing structured A/B tests across various campaign elements (creative, audiences, landing pages).
  • A self-starter who is comfortable owning execution from start to finish in a small, fast moving team environment.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Canva or similar software for basic creative asset adjustments.
  • Bonus Points (Not Required): Mandarin language proficiency.
