- Lead-gen channels: field events, digital outreach, and referrals to feed a steady pipeline.
- Partner alignment: work with CRMs and Outreach leadership on strategies and IA partnerships while logging all interactions in the CRM.
- Care transition: coordinate with clinical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and positive first impression.
