Job Description

Supporting Our Team: Collaborate with our Liaisons to gather crucial patient clinical information, provide admissions support, and actively participate in community events. Your contribution directly impacts our patients' experience.
Building Brand Awareness: Join our Liaisons in brand awareness campaigns. Together, we aim to make our program the preferred hospice provider in the service area, fulfilling our mission and achieving agency growth and census management goals.
Educating and Connecting: Conduct initial meetings with patients and their families, introducing them to the hospice service and our compassionate philosophy. Obtain consent for their care and make a profound difference in their lives.
Reporting and CRM Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through meticulous record-keeping. Your prompt and accurate submission of marketing reports is crucial for our growth.
Key Account Management: Identify key accounts and help shape our strategy by communicating strengths and weaknesses to our Liaisons and Regional Sales Director. Your insights are valuable in our growth plan.

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Additional experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
Minimum 1 year of experience working directly in hospice required: 2-3 years' experience preferred.
Prior customer service or sales experience strongly preferred.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.
