Responsibilities

  • The Partner and Growth Marketing team is responsible for enabling best in class marketing with our Fire TV app partners while driving growth for Fire TV. We are seeking hands-on Marketing Manager to manage partner relations, curate title selection and manage partner approvals. In this role you will have an opportunity to work cross functionally with a broad array of internal stakeholders and external partners - helping coordinate campaigns, as well as managing our yearly campaign calendar.
  • Drive integrated marketing ideas that creatively break through while driving core KPIs around awareness, customer acquisition, subscription growth, and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Fire TV product and business teams, Business Development, Amazon Ads, and other key internal partner teams.
  • Develop and execute test and learn plans (copy, creative, targeting) for continuous performance improvement and optimization of campaigns.
  • Drive operational excellence through the development and maintenance of scalable frameworks, SOPs, and best practices that enable consistent, high-quality campaign execution and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Identify win-wins for Fire TV and partner to aid in the negotiation and sell-in of co-marketing programs.
  • Provide inputs into status updates and quarterly business reviews for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience in building, executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs
  • 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Preferred

  • Experience in partnership marketing
  • Experience in the entertainment industry
