Part-Time Video Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Travel to scheduled training sessions, client locations, team activities, and events throughout AK9A’s service area
• Capture high-quality video and photographs of dogs, trainers, clients, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content
• Create engaging Reels, social media videos, educational clips, client success stories, and promotional content
• Add appropriate music, captions, graphics, transitions, and branding
• Organize, label, and securely store original footage and completed projects
• Adapt videos for the requirements of different social media platforms
• Collaborate with AK9A’s leadership and marketing team on content ideas and filming schedules
• Maintain brand consistency and deliver approved content on schedule
• Interact professionally with clients, trainers, and members of the public

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience filming and editing professional video content
• Proficiency with video-editing software and knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Reels, YouTube, and current content trends
• Ability to create compelling stories from unscripted, real-world footage
• Comfortable working around dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments
• Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout North Metro Atlanta and Northwest Georgia
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend filming based on training schedules and events
• Ability to provide a portfolio or examples of previous video work

Preferred

• Experience creating content for a service-based business, pet-care company, or growing local brand is preferred but not required.
