Responsibilities

• Transform raw footage submitted by global team members into captivating 30-second vertical videos optimized for social media (9:16 aspect ratio). Develop compelling messaging strategies in collaboration with the content team to ensure consistency and engagement across platforms. Manage multiple video pipelines, maintaining an active editorial calendar for channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Produce educational assets, including webinars and how-to guides, to support regional chapters in capturing high-quality local content. Repurpose long-form content, such as webinars, podcasts, and scientific publications, into dynamic short clips and visual storytelling assets that resonate with diverse audiences. Collaborate closely with international teams to understand campaign objectives, audience preferences, and platform best practices. Continuously analyze content performance metrics to refine storytelling techniques and maximize audience engagement. Stay updated on the latest trends in social media video content and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance campaign impact. Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s mission, branding guidelines, and legal standards.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in video editing, short-form content production, and digital marketing. Recent graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated proficiency in creating engaging, hook-driven stories tailored for social media platforms is essential. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of platform algorithms and the ability to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement. Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and native social media editors is required. A proven track record of producing high-performing short videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from raw or long-form footage is critical. Additionally, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is preferred. Candidates should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and committed to delivering high-quality content on tight deadlines.
