Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically interact and communicate with fans at Houston Dynamo Soccer Celebration events, in addition to community and sponsor events.
• Assist in set-up and breakdown of interactive event activations.
• Provide superb customer service on matchdays and at community events.
• Display excitement about the organization and knowledge about upcoming initiatives.
• Help with the execution, activation, and breakdown of all events at Shell Energy Stadium.
• Assist as matchday crew in all game day production and on field entertainment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience working in fan facing and/or promotional events.
• Ability to work long, irregular hours as well as evenings, weekends, and some holidays during Summer 2026.
• Ability to work independently to complete duties and projects with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and communicate effectively in high pressure situations.
• Ability to work well with different personalities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to attend all training sessions and staff meetings.
• Have a working knowledge of US and international soccer – Preferred, not required.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Preferred, not required
• Must have good driving record and valid Texas driver's license and a reliable source of transportation.
