  • Community partnerships and local relationship building with schools, daycares, and organizations to support enrollment and family engagement.
  • Local events, pop-ups, storytimes, and partnership activities to create meaningful touchpoints and referral opportunities.
  • Studio-level marketing execution across social, email, and events with metrics tracking to guide growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with local schools, daycares, businesses, and community organizations
  • Lead grassroots marketing and community outreach initiatives
  • Coordinate local events, pop-ups, story times, and partnership opportunities
  • Help families discover and connect with Tutu School through thoughtful and authentic engagement
  • Capture photo and video content within our studios that reflects the warmth and joy of our classrooms
  • Plan and manage social media and email marketing calendars across our studio locations
  • Localize and execute franchise marketing initiatives in ways that feel personal and community-driven
  • Collaborate with studio leadership on enrollment, retention, and parent engagement initiatives
  • Support referral campaigns, community-building efforts, and family experience initiatives
  • Track marketing and enrollment performance metrics to help guide future growth strategies

Requirements

  • Strong in-person presence required across our studio locations and surrounding communities

Preferred

  • Community engagement or grassroots marketing
  • Social media content creation and planning
  • Event coordination or partnership management
  • Boutique fitness, dance, education, hospitality, or children’s enrichment industries
  • Canva, Instagram/Facebook/TikTok, SOCi, and email marketing platforms
  • Photography and/or short-form video content creation is a plus
