Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
• Generate creative content ideas that support the Rosebud Consulting HR brand
• Film and edit engaging Reels, TikToks, and other short-form videos
• Turn HR knowledge, business updates, and everyday moments into useful and relatable content
• Write captions and select appropriate hashtags, keywords, trends, and calls to action
• Create and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Business Profile
• Repurpose content across platforms while adjusting it for each audience
• Create simple, polished graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Help Lindsay feel comfortable and prepared during filming
• Keep social media profiles and Google Business Profile information accurate and current

Requirements

• Current college student or recent graduate studying marketing, communications, social media, digital media, public relations, SEO, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Business Profile
• Experience filming and editing short-form video content
• Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with Canva and video-editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar platforms
• Creative instincts and the ability to recognize engaging content opportunities
• Organized, responsive, and able to meet deadlines with limited supervision
• Comfortable offering direction and coaching during filming
• Good judgment when representing a professional brand online
• Willingness to learn about HR consulting and translate professional information into approachable content

Preferred

• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
• Basic knowledge of SEO, keywords, and Google search visibility
• Experience managing a business or organization’s social media accounts
• Photography or videography experience
• A portfolio or examples of social media content you have created
