Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain a consistent posting cadence of at least one post per week across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Schedule and publish content aligned with ARCO’s marketing calendar
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages as needed
Produce and publish short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) every two weeks
Assist with development of product-focused, educational, and promotional content
Capture and edit content from internal resources, events, and product demonstrations
Support ad campaign optimization and basic performance tracking
Develop and launch event-related social media content starting one week prior to each show
Provide live or near-live posting support during events when applicable
Assist in planning, promoting, and executing at least 3 webinars per quarter

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (interns welcome)
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video platforms
Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Understanding of social media scheduling tools and analytics
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Preferred

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
