Job Summary

Own social and community marketing on a local scale by crafting content, capturing media, and driving outreach that supports enrollment and engagement.

  • Social & Content Ownership: Create, schedule, and publish posts across platforms while maintaining brand voice.
  • Media & Events: Capture class and event media and help run studio events to boost visibility.
  • Community & Outreach: Support email marketing, inquiries, enrollment, and neighborhood outreach to build the studio community.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish social content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Capture photos and videos during classes, events, and performances
  • Brainstorm creative marketing campaigns and content ideas
  • Assist with email marketing and studio communications
  • Respond to inquiries and help with customer service
  • Help organize studio events and workshops
  • Assist with administrative tasks and daily studio operations
  • Support student enrollment and community outreach efforts

Requirements

  • Is local to Brooklyn or able to commute regularly to Crown Heights
  • Is passionate about dance, movement, wellness, or the arts
  • Is a self-starter who takes initiative and gets things done
  • Loves coming up with creative ideas and bringing them to life
  • Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Is comfortable using Instagram, Canva, and social media platforms
  • Enjoys working with children, families, and a community-centered business
