Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
• Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Support marketing initiatives such as designing flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Maintain and update client and business records.
• Assist with event planning and community outreach efforts.
• Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
• Other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in marketing, social media, or office administration is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass a Level 2 background screening.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.
