Job Summary

Own the on-site ambassador role for luxury/high-rise properties, shaping resident engagement and brand touchpoints inside the building ecosystem.

Ambassador & Events: Represent the brand at resident events and property interactions to drive awareness and affinity.
Relationship Management: Build and sustain ties with property managers, leasing teams, and residents to surface marketing opportunities.
Tools & Tactics: Help create marketing tools and event-driven strategies to lift brand visibility at each property.

Build and manage relationships with property managers, leasing teams, and residents.
Represent the company at on-site marketing and resident engagement events.
Assist in creating marketing tools and strategies to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

Confident, outgoing, and professional with strong presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer-oriented with a passion for marketing and relationship building.
Ability to work independently while maintaining effective relationships at all levels.
Must be able to travel to different properties in Boston as needed.
