Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing: Draft, format, proofread, test, and schedule approved promotional and program email campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Create or adapt email graphics and confirm links, formatting, and calls to action before distribution.
  • Email Marketing: Coordinate campaign scheduling, distribution, and approved follow-up or drip communications.
  • Email Marketing: Prepare internal and external marketing communications for review and approval.
  • Newsletters: Produce recurring newsletters, including proofreading, edits, layout, graphics, link checks, and puzzle testing when applicable.
  • Newsletters: Coordinate requests for family and teacher spotlight content and follow up on assigned submissions.
  • Newsletters: Prepare final newsletter drafts for approval, scheduling, and distribution.
  • Direct Mail and Mailbox Power: Create and coordinate approved promotional or program postcard campaigns.
  • Posters Flyers TV Slides and Print Materials: Create and update posters, flyers, signs, handouts, postcards, and other print materials for programs, promotions, and performance opportunities.
  • Posters Flyers TV Slides and Print Materials: Create monthly TV slides for teachers and families using approved content.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support.
  • Strong writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience producing email campaigns and newsletters for different audiences.
  • Comfort creating polished, on-brand marketing materials in Canva.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Ability to organize multiple projects, follow established priorities, and meet documented deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment about when to ask questions or raise a blocker.
  • Ability to work independently while incorporating feedback and required approvals.
  • Technical confidence and the ability to learn Mailbox Power and other marketing platforms used by TMSA.
