Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Film and produce Reels, short-form videos, photos, educational content, and behind-the-scenes content
• Manage our social media calendar, posting, captions, and overall brand presence
• Help manage and update our website, including services, photos, promotions, team information, and basic landing pages
• Use tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, and other AI platforms to improve content creation and marketing efficiency
• Help with SEO, local online visibility, website performance, and digital marketing campaigns
• Brainstorm promotions, referral campaigns, events, and creative ways to attract new patients
• Track what content and campaigns are working and continuously improve our strategy

Requirements

• Creative, organized, comfortable with technology, able to work independently, and willing to bring new ideas to the table.
• Experience with social media, content creation, video editing, digital marketing, website management, graphic design, or AI tools is highly valued.
• A degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• A strong portfolio or examples of content you’ve created may matter more to us than a degree.
• This is primarily an in-person position because much of the content will be created inside the dental office with our team.
