Own the development of school partnerships, lead outreach to boost participation in JA Finance Park, and manage end-to-end program support including scheduling, logistics, and student experiences.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with schools and educators to increase participation and develop retention strategies to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Promote JA Finance Park through outreach, marketing, and community engagement.
- Deliver top‑tier customer service to everyone who interacts with our programs.
- Assist with program scheduling, logistics and communication with schools.
- Coordinate and facilitate student simulation days.
- Support volunteers and ensure a positive experience for students and teachers.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable speaking with groups.
- Experience in education, sales, marketing, or nonprofit work preferred.
- Enjoys working with middle and high school students.
