Responsibilities

• Staff the Costco exit fence area or designated roadshow booth during scheduled shifts
• Engage Costco members in friendly conversation about the Costco flooring program
• Briefly explain flooring options and the benefits of purchasing through Costco
• Encourage interested members to sign up for a free in-home flooring estimate
• Collect basic customer information using provided forms or digital tools
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Costco brand positively
• Set up and break down simple promotional displays when required

Requirements

• Outgoing and comfortable speaking with the public
• Retail, customer service, or promotional experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for Costco warehouse environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Basic familiarity with tablets or simple digital sign-up tools (training provided)
