Responsibilities

• Email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
• Facebook/Meta Ads monitoring and optimization
• Basic WordPress/WooCommerce updates
• Parent email responses and registration support
• Google Sheets roster management

Requirements

• Proven experience with Klaviyo — non negotiable
• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager — non negotiable
• Experience with WordPress or WooCommerce
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to follow documented SOPs independently
• Available during Pacific Time hours

Preferred

• Nonprofit experience is a plus
