Job Summary

Support short-form social content creation and coordination across Instagram Reels andTikTok, turning trends into quick-turn edits, graphics, and organized assets for a creative team.

Content Production: Edit short-form video and design graphics for social channels, aligned with current formats and trends.
Planning & Coordination: Aid content planning, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration with creators and brands.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and social platforms
Design social media graphics and carousel posts
Assist with content planning and creative execution
Support asset organization and project coordination
Research trends, audio, and content opportunities
Assist with additional marketing-related creative tasks as needed

Requirements

Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms
Understanding of current social media trends and content formats
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Organized, communicative, and adaptable
Part-time contractor position
Flexible schedule
Phoenix-based preferred, open to remote candidates

Preferred

Music marketing experience is a strong plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Experience working with creators, influencers, or brands is a plus
