- Collaborate with leadership and trainers to highlight programs, spaces, and club life with a consistent brand voice.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photo and video content throughout the club including:
- Group fitness classes
- Personal training sessions
- Member experiences
- Club events and workshops
- Wellness and recovery spaces
- Facility updates and amenities
- Create engaging Instagram and Facebook content that aligns with WAC brand standards
- Schedule content through Buffer in accordance with the monthly content calendar
- Assist in creating:
Requirements
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Strong photography and video skills using a smartphone
- Basic editing skills with CapCut
- Understanding of social media trends while maintaining brand consistency
- Ability to work independently and stay organized with deadlines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with members and staff in a professional manner
- Part-time hours with flexible scheduling; evenings and weekends may be required for events or classes
Preferred
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and community engagement preferred
- Experience shooting and editing vertical video content
- Knowledge of social media best practices and engagement strategies
- Ability to write concise, upbeat captions
- Familiarity with Buffer or other scheduling platforms
- Creative eye for lighting, composition, and storytelling
