Responsibilities

• Capture photos and videos of plumbing and HVAC jobs, installations, service calls, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Visit residential job sites to create engaging content while working alongside our technicians.
• Attend community events, sponsorships, company outings, and local activities to document and promote our involvement.
• Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and our website.
• Organize and maintain a library of photos, videos, and marketing assets.
• Help plan and prepare for community events and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns.
• Stay on top of deadlines and consistently deliver fresh, engaging content.
• Build positive relationships with our team, customers, and members of the community.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends for company events or community activities.

Requirements

• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Strong photography and videography skills (iPhone and/or camera).
• Comfortable working in active residential job site environments.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with customers and employees.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel locally to job sites and events.
• Some weekend availability.

Preferred

• Experience editing short-form videos for social media.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing software.
• Experience managing social media accounts or content calendars.
