Job Summary

Own the end-to-end capture and quick-turn editing of short-form social video for Juice Jerky, owning the moment selection, clip organization, and weekly delivery for TikTok/IG Reels.

Capture on-site footage during market days and log timestamps to enable precise editing.
Deliver a clean weekly folder of 6–8 clips ready for posting, with 15–60 second formats optimized for scroll-stopping moments.
Edit and assemble bonus close-ups and behind-the-scenes cuts using light-capacity tools, coordinating with team for final approval.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor our market camera feed and log timestamps
Keep a running notes doc so nothing gets missed during busy periods
Occasionally capture supplemental footage on a phone for close-ups or behind-the-scenes moments
Review raw footage using your timestamp notes
Clip 6–8 short-form videos (15–60 seconds) ready for TikTok and Instagram Reels
Deliver an organized folder of clips each week for final review and posting

Requirements

You use TikTok and Instagram Reels personally and genuinely enjoy short-form video content
You have a strong instinct for what stops a scroll — you just know a good moment when you see one
Basic video editing skills (you’re already using CapCut, InShot, or similar — nothing fancy required)
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently after market days

Preferred

Bonus: experience with TikTok Shop, content creation for a brand, or a background in marketing or film

A simple desire to find a delicious and fun-to-eat snack, free from unnatural ingredients and added sugar lead to the creation of a chewier fruit leather made from actual real fruit.
