Responsibilities

• Brand Representation - Represent Dank By Definition professionally at dispensaries, vendor days, pop-ups, festivals, trade shows, and special events.
• Brand Representation - Maintain a positive, knowledgeable, and professional image while representing the company.
• Brand Representation - Communicate the Dank By Definition story, values, and product offerings to consumers and retail partners.
• Consumer Engagement - Engage with customers and event attendees in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Consumer Engagement - Educate consumers about products, strains, formats, and brand offerings while remaining compliant with New York State regulations.
• Consumer Engagement - Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations based on customer needs and interests.
• Retail & Sales Support - Support dispensary partners by helping increase product awareness and sales during scheduled events.
• Retail & Sales Support - Build positive relationships with budtenders, managers, and dispensary staff.
• Retail & Sales Support - Assist in educating retail teams on product knowledge and brand messaging.
• Retail & Sales Support - Encourage customer purchases through effective product education and brand advocacy.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout New York State as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with large groups and individual customers.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, promotions, nightlife, brand ambassadorship, or cannabis is preferred but not required.
• Active social media presence and comfort creating content is a plus.
• Passion for cannabis and willingness to learn about products and industry trends.
