Job Summary

Own resident services and event execution for a small community, balancing front desk duties with marketing and community-building tasks.

  • Community Operations: schedule tours, handle notices, and maintain organized resident files to support daily office flow.
  • Marketing & Events: create flyers, update listings, manage social channels, and run monthly resident events.
  • Vendor & Content Ops: coordinate vendors, capture event moments, and support retention-focused campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist residents and prospective residents
  • Schedule property tours and appointments
  • Assist with resident communications and notices
  • Maintain organized resident files and records
  • Support the Community Manager with daily office operations
  • Follow up with leads and applicants
  • Manage and create content for social media platforms
  • Create flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Update online apartment listings and advertisements
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and resident retention efforts

Requirements

  • Part-time
  • Expected hours: 26 – 28 per week
  • Pay: $17.00 per hour
  • Work Location: In person
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms
  • Creative, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Property management experience is a plus but not required
