Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the parish and school website and social media platforms.
• Create and edit video and image content for social media, as directed by the pastor.
• Keep all parish and school promotional materials up to date.
• Collaborate with the Administrative Assistant to design and distribute printed materials to parishioners.
• Prepare welcome packages for new parishioners.
• Maintain and update the parish roster.
• Send anniversary greeting cards to families on the anniversary of their child's baptism, First Communion, or Confirmation.
• Help the pastor, principal, and staff advertise programs and activities via the website and social media channels as directed by the pastor.
• Help coordinate and promote engagement activities, such as Fellowship Sunday and parish festival.
• Help coordinate and staff parish and school booth or table at community events (e.g., the parish festival, Butler Night Out).

Requirements

• Knowledge of computer technology and social media platforms.
• Video and image content editing skills.
• Webpage editing skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Practicing Catholic preferred
