Job Summary

Own multi-channel paid media leadership for enterprise-to-scale clients, aligning objectives with execution, analytics, and a 4-person Paid Media team.

Growth & Solutions: Build and own cross-channel strategies, budgets, and KPI frameworks for US and EU markets.
Collaboration & Delivery: Align with SEO, creative, and data teams to drive integrated, performance-driven campaigns and large-scale activations.
People & Practice: Mentor the paid team, coach performance, and codify best practices and tooling.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor, translating client business objectives into advanced multi-channel paid media strategies.
Design tailored roadmaps including tactical execution plans, budget allocation, and KPI frameworks.
Collaborate with SEO, creative, and data teams to deliver integrated and performance-driven solutions.
Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to provide forward-thinking recommendations.
Manage a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth clients with strong US and EU footprints.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.
Clearly communicate complex strategies and performance insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to discuss performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic, native advertising).
Drive sophisticated targeting, bidding, and segmentation strategies.
