Responsibilities

• Build and launch paid advertising campaigns
• Manage campaign budgets and spending
• Monitor campaigns daily
• Optimize targeting, placements, creatives, and bidding
• Scale winning campaigns while cutting underperforming campaigns
• Set up retargeting campaigns and funnels
• Track CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates, and ROAS
• Identify what's working and what's not
• Run structured A/B tests
• Analyze lead quality — not just lead volume

Requirements

• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of campaign structures, audiences, pixels/events, and conversion tracking
• Ability to read and interpret campaign data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable communication and organization

• Experience with TikTok Ads
• Experience with Google Ads
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Experience working with local businesses
• Experience in automotive or home-service marketing
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
