Job Summary

Own and optimize paid social programs across platforms, coordinating creative, targeting, budgeting, and performance reporting to scale impact; partner with creators and internal teams to run integrated social campaigns while refining processes and staying ahead of platform trends.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: end-to-end setup, testing, and iteration across key social channels.
  • Creative Collaboration: streamline asset intake, QA, and influencer/UGC partnerships for cohesive campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own paid social campaigns end-to-end across all assigned accounts, inclusive of creative processes, targeting and segmentation, campaign planning & set-up, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • QA spec sheets to ensure accuracy.
  • Confirm receipt of all relevant creative assets from the client/creative team.
  • Monitor the accuracy and quality of creative assets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or scale performance, optimizing campaigns to meet and exceed short- and long-term goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report relevant KPIs to the Supervisor.
  • Track and manage budget pacing across campaigns, leading budget reallocations as needed.
  • Collaborate with influencers/UGC creators to develop organic and paid social campaigns.
  • Work with internal and external partners to create impactful social marketing programs.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of and proficiency in social platforms (i.e. Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, & YouTube).
  • Hands-on experience with content and editorial planning.
  • Strong understanding of both brand and acquisition campaign strategies.
  • Proven ability to set up, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns.
  • Strong creative sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Track record of adopting and championing innovative ideas and approaches.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities and a test-and-learn mentality.
  • Experience working with content creators/influencers is a plus.
  • Intermediate-level graphic design abilities are a plus.
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Experience developing creative briefs and collaborating with design teams.
  • Familiarity with tracking pixels, ad tags, and social performance analytics.
