Job Summary

Own the multi-channel paid media engine by turning data into action, guiding strategy to execution, and delivering client-ready performance with clear roadmaps.

Growth Infrastructure: End-to-end campaigns across major networks with SME client guidance.
Demand & Optimization: Develop targeting, messaging, budgeting, and ongoing optimization with data-driven action plans.
Performance & Reporting: Communicate results via dashboards and reports and map next steps for clients.

Job Description

End-to-end paid media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube and more from planning to reporting.
Day-to-day SME for clients, delivering strategic recommendations, analysis, ad hoc requests, and campaign performance outcomes.
Media strategy development with audience targeting, segmentation, messaging, budgeting, and optimization.
Leverage real-time dashboards and reporting tools to communicate performance and outline future roadmaps.
Analyze data to synthesize insights and actionable plans based on conclusions.
Continuously measure and optimize performance, establish benchmarks, and plan future tests.
Communicate with clients on planning, performance, and project status while building strong relationships.
Prepare client and management reports, presenting results clearly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and opportunities in advertising networks.
Use a data-driven approach to develop marketing strategies that support client objectives and drive outcomes.
