Job Description

Responsibilities

Own setup and restructuring of Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and Bing Ads to TCMS standards, including verification, keyword research, ad copy, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
Manage budgets, optimize bids, conduct A/B tests, implement remarketing, monitor daily performance, and adjust targeting to maximize lead generation within client budgets.
Set up and optimize Google Business Profile listings, publish posts, monitor local citations, respond to reviews, and proactively resolve listing issues.
Track KPIs, analyze campaigns and local SEO, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years hands-on experience in setting ad strategies, building and managing Google Search Ads campaigns, and executing independent campaign decisions.
Proven experience with Google Business Profile management and local SEO execution.
Google Search Ads individual certification is required.
Technical proficiency in Google Ads (Advanced), Local Service Ads (Intermediate), Bing Ads (Intermediate), and Google Business Profile management (Intermediate).
Experience with local citation management, review monitoring, and response strategies.
Proficiency in conversion tracking setup using Google Tag Manager and WhatConverts.
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Agency Analytics and project management tools like Monday.com and Slack.
Basic knowledge of landing page builders such as Unbounce and Beaver Builder.

Preferred

Nice-to-have skills include experience with Google Remarketing, Display Ads, Google Analytics certifications, and citation tools like BrightLocal.
