Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns using Google Ads to generate targeted traffic and conversions for window tinting/window cleaning.
Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-value search terms, optimizing content and campaigns for maximum visibility on search engines.
Manage SEO strategies by implementing on-page and off-page techniques, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO improvements using advanced SEO tools.
Monitor and optimize core KPIs including: Cost per lead (CPL); Cost per booked job (CPB); Contact rate; Booking rate; Revenue per lead
Utilize Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for conversion optimization.
Collaborate with social media teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns across social platforms, enhancing brand awareness and engagement.
Optimize landing pages and website content through HTML adjustments and A/B testing to improve user experience and increase lead conversions.
Monitor budget allocations for digital campaigns, ensuring efficient spend while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) within set parameters.

Requirements

Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads , SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and SEO best practices.
Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms for keyword research, site audits, and competitive analysis.
Solid understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track campaign success metrics and user engagement.
Knowledge of HTML coding basics for website optimization and troubleshooting technical SEO issues.
Experience managing social media accounts and integrating social media management into broader marketing strategies.
Familiarity with PPC campaign management, budgeting, bid strategies, and conversion tracking techniques.
Ability to perform comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth and paid advertising campaigns.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
