Responsibilities

Own and scale marketplace advertising across Amazon, with future expansion into Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and other emerging platforms
Drive profitable revenue growth while improving visibility, ranking, and contribution margin
Build, launch, and optimize Amazon campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP (if applicable)
Structure campaigns across launches, ranking, scaling, defense, and profitability phases
Manage keyword research, search term harvesting, bid optimization, negatives, placements, and budget allocation
Continuously optimize TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, contribution margin, and blended MER impact
Identify opportunities to increase organic ranking through paid search velocity and keyword strategy
Launch new SKUs with structured PPC rollout plans designed for ranking and sustained growth
Coordinate promotions, coupons, Subscribe & Save, and deal periods alongside advertising strategy
Build marketplace growth plans by SKU, lifecycle stage, and seasonality

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing Amazon PPC for consumer brands
Proven experience scaling 7-figure+ annual marketplace revenue
Strong understanding of supplements, consumables, or subscription-friendly products
Deep knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar platforms
Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Clear understanding of profitability, contribution margin, and blended business economics (not just ROAS)

Preferred

Experience managing additional marketplaces (Walmart, TikTok Shop, etc.)
Experience working with subscription-driven brands and repeat purchase products
Familiarity with creative testing and conversion optimization on marketplace PDPs
