Own and optimize paid search for a large furniture catalog, leading campaigns, testing and mentoring the team to hit ROAS targets.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, build and optimize Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns across a large furniture catalog
- Manage budgets and pacing against revenue and ROAS targets
- Research keywords and competitors to find growth and wasted spend
- Adjust bids, bid strategies and ad copy, and run structured tests on new approaches
- Work with merchandising and sales to plan promotions, seasonal pushes and inventory priorities
- Mentor paid search specialists, review their work and set team best practices
- Report on performance and explain to leadership what’s working, what isn’t and what you’re changing
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience, ideally in e-commerce or retail
- Experience managing large budgets and product catalogs
- Strong command of Shopping campaigns, product feeds and Merchant Center
- Experience leading or mentoring other marketers
- Clear communication with people who aren’t marketers
- Innovative problem solver mindset
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of numerous, fast-moving projects
- A data-driven mindset with outstanding analytical skills

- Experience in home furnishings and/or high ticket items
